The apartment's location was ideal for exploring the city, with the quay and city center within easy walking distance. This made it convenient to visit the attractions and enjoy the local atmosphere. the apartment was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.

the front bedroom curtains did not close properly, as the net curtains were on the same runner. This meant that we were unable to fully block out the light in the morning or maintain privacy at night.

I felt like a queen in this conveniently located 1-bed apartment. Close to everything in Exeter, it really made my stay a home-from-home experience. Safety features were a plus.

Location is excellent! the apartment is close to all the attractions and within walking distance to the city center. We loved that everything was easily accessible. the apartment was fully furnished and had excellent wifi, which made it easy to stay connected. One of the best aspects was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was spotless, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. We also appreciated the welcoming gesture of having milk in the fridge and chocolates waiting for us upon arrival.

The apartment was a bit small for two travelers. the room felt cramped and the fold-out bed for our child took up most of the space.
